Sample garments are shipped in a size M, or closest size available.
Samples are shipped without any decoration or artwork applied.
All samples are final sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
Colour selection cannot be guaranteed for accessories, such as drinkware.
If there are any changes to your order, we will be in touch to suggest a suitable replacement, or to process a refund for you.

Shipping times:
Samples take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive at Witly. Once they arrive, they will be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout.
If you need a specific size, please submit your sample order manually to your Witly rep or house@bywitly.com, and we will take care of you there!
