Every Stitch Counts

We help brands, artists, and makers bring their brand to life — one stitch at a time. We’ll guide you on artwork tweaks and technique choices, so that every thread is stitched to matter.

  • People First, Always

We treat every stitch like it’s personal — because it is. You’re not just another order number. You’re a maker with a vision, and we’re here to bring it to life with care, honesty, and zero ego.

  • Quality Over Quantity

In an industry chasing speed and volume, we choose care and craft. From the blanks we source to the threads we stitch with, every decision is intentional — we embroider for impact, and make it to last.

  • Make it Matter

We're not doing this to crank out product that will end up in a landfill. We make with intent — products with purpose, processes that tread lighter, and partnerships that leave the industry better than we found it.

FAQ

What is embroidery?

Embroidery is the process of translating your artwork into stitches — referred to as stitch count or thread count — and applying it directly to a garment using an embroidery machine. The garment is hooped, stabilized, and stitched with precision using high-quality thread. It's a great choice when you want a clean, durable, elevated finish that lasts.

What is your minimum order or MOQ?

This can vary by product type. Our minimum for in-house services (screen print, embroidery, or sewing) is 24 units per style. At this quantity, you can mix sizes and garment colours, with a limit of two colour splits (e.g., 12 and 12). In some cases, mixing garment types may also be possible. For accessories, the minimums typically start at 50 units per style.

What are your lead times or turn around times?

This can vary by service or product type. Our lead times for in-house services (screenprint, embroidery, or heat press) are 10-15 business days from proof approval and deposit payment. Our lead time for accessories and finishing services like sewing are typically 20-25 business days.

What kind of file do you need for artwork?

We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-res files at 300dpi+. If you don’t have the right format, no worries — we offer art prep services that can be added to your order to get everything production ready.

How many colours can I stitch?

We can stitch with up to 15 colours per design, and we’ve got over 200+ thread colours in our library — so matching your brand is never an issue.

What is the stitch limit?

Each embroidery location allows for up to 20,000 stitches. That’s plenty for most logos and designs — but if you’re unsure, we’ll confirm what fits your piece best.

What types of embroidery do you offer?

We offer satin stitch, bean stitch, tatami fill, appliqué, patch applications, and more. If you’ve got a specific style in mind, let us know, and we’ll help bring it to life.

Can I use puff or 3D embroidery?

Currently, we don’t offer puff embroidery in-house — but we’re happy to help find a solution that achieves the same impact.

What types of garments can you embroider on?

Fleece, hats, toques, and totes are our go-to bases — they hold stitching well and look great. That said, we can also embroider on lighter jersey styles, like t-shirts, as long as the artwork and garment weight are considered. Let’s talk about what you’ve got in mind and we’ll guide you from there.

Can I bring my own garments for production?

Yes — but there are a few important things to know.

  • Minimum: Customer supplied garments require a minimum of 24 units.
  • Suitability: Certain fabrics (such as nylon, terry, or very stretchy materials) may not be suitable for our production methods. We’ll review your garments and confirm if they’re a good fit.
  • Delivery: Provide your account manager with all order details before the garments arrive at our warehouse — including, but not limited to, a packing list, waybill, and tracking number.

Do you offer patches or appliqué embroidery?

Yes. We offer felt appliqué, woven and embroidered patch application, and sewn-on label finishes. These are great for caps, fleece, or anywhere you want to add texture and pop. We can even produce the patch or label for you as well. Let us know what you had in mind!

Do you offer oversized or specialty placements?

Most placements are possible — it just depends on your artwork and intent. Since embroidery is a manual process, expect slight variances in placement. We’ll review your mockups and make sure the layout hits the mark.

Can you embroider over seams or tough areas?

We can, but it depends on the placement and garment type. Some seams can affect the hooping and stitching — we’ll let you know what needs to be kept in mind when reviewing the garments for your order.
