We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our sales team! You will be brought on to support the growth of our Artists, Musicians, and Influencers sector.

At Witly, an Account Manager is tasked with building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring that their orders are set up to exceed expectation on delivery. 

The day-to-day of this role is fast paced, requiring a lot of multitasking, problem resolution, and a go-getter work ethic. From entering data and processing orders, to calls and drop-ins with customers, and troubleshooting challenges, each day revolves around serving our customers well.

If you love working with people and building relationships, juggling multiple tasks at once, celebrating a sale, and don’t mind spending your day behind a computer, this role may be for you!

Managing inbound inquiry by website, email, phone, and social media, in a timely, positive, and effective manner.

• Work with management to develop and execute on prospecting strategies, identifying new sectors, channels and areas of business to pursue.

• Successfully guide new and existing customers through the sales cycle (lead generation, qualifying, demonstrate value, guide prospect understanding, deliver and support), in a timely, positive, and effective manner.

• Provide customers with accurate quotes and continued value added support until order is created.

• Work with multiple customers on a day-to-day basis, taking care of each customer’s unique needs, guiding and advising them through their order accordingly. 

• Work with internal design and marketing teams to create materials, mocks, proofs, pitch decks, and various creative.

• Ensure materials provided by design and marketing teams meet customer timelines and needs.
• Develop and implement strategies that create account growth (expanding our customer base, increasing AOV, customer retention, etc.)
• Enter data accurately into Asana, Hubspot, and Quickbooks, ensuring that all details are clearly communicated to internal teams.
• Collect and confirm customer’s art details accurately, ensuring files are suitable for production.

• Learn complex production techniques and communicate that knowledge to customers and internal teams.
• Work with production to ensure orders are correctly produced by creating clear and concise purchase orders.

• Manage new and current client relationships by providing weekly, monthly and quarterly check ins to provide value and build rapport.
• Responsible for maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly goals outlined by management.

Between 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or in Business Development.

• A natural at negotiating deadlines and pricing.

• Knowledge of apparel and promotional goods is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Hubspot.

• Strong business development skills.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Love helping others and are an all-around empathetic person.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with employees and customers.
• Enjoys a fast moving environment where things are always evolving.
• Have a no task too small attitude and are willing to wear multiple hats in a small team environment

This is a full-time position with 2 weeks vacation.
Hours are worked between 8:30AM and 5:00PM daily. 
Salary to be determined based on the individuals experience.

We are looking for a new Office & Sales Administrator to join our growing team! If you consider record keeping and organization fun, can handle a tough customer, and can juggle a few full plates, then this role may be a fit for you!

This person will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. As the first point of contact at Witly, you will have the responsibility of responding to customer inquiry in a positive, timely and accurate manner. You will play support to our Account Management team, providing everything from updates on stock availability and delivery dates, to quotes, estimates, invoices, and payment follow-up with accounts. This person will create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other important data.

• Respond to customer inquiry through email, phone, and social in a timely manner.
• Service multiple customers on day-to-day basis in a equal and effective manner.
• Understand and translate the unique needs of the customer and their requests.
• Provide customers and AM’s with accurate quotes, product, and service information.
• Perform thoughtful and value added follow up until an order is confirmed.
• Receive and process orders submitted by email and phone.
• Collect and confirm customer art and order details accurately.
• Guide and service customers through the approval and production processes.
• Effectively communicate the technicalities of apparel production to customers and internal production teams. (We’ll teach this!)
• Manage and maintain accurate data input.
• Conduct various clerical duties, including filing paperwork, and expense tracking.
• Perform inbound and outbound customer prospecting duties.
• Compile and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to sales teams.
• Relay feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

• Passionate about apparel, e-commerce, and marketing.
• Are a outgoing, people-person, who likes to build relationships.
• Enthusiastic and have a ‘no task too small attitude’.
• Willing to wear multiple hats in a small team environment.
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment.
• You work well under pressure and are able to multitask.
• Know how to put a customer’s needs first.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• 1-3 years experience in administration, or a similar role.
• Post Secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks or similar.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
ª Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

This is a full-time position with 2 weeks vacation.
