WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for an Apparel Screen Printer to join our production team in Hamilton!

This position is for someone with apparel screen printing experience, who's looking to work in a creative, fun and fast-paced environment.

DUTIES
• Screen preparation (degreasing, reclaiming, and coating).
• Screen exposure based on the project proofs provided.
• Setting up and taking down single and multi-colour screen printing jobs.
• Inspection and quality control of products.
• Manual and automatic machine loading and unloading.
• Colour matching and ink mixing to project proofs provided.
• Adhering to instructions based on project proofs provided.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience managing order process and workflow in an apparel screen printing environment.
• Dark room skills including screen reclaiming, coating and exposing, etc.
• Hands on experience operating and managing an M&R automatic press is a huge asset.
• Strong problem solving skills with an ability to respond in real-time.
• Obtain a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interacting with a number of different teams.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Meeting deadlines while staying on top of project flow.
• Self-management, multitasking, and time management abilities are required.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING
This is a full-time position with 2 weeks vacation.
Hours are worked between 1:00PM and 9:00PM, or 3:00PM and 11:00PM daily.
Paid sick and personal leave.
Wage to be determined based on the individuals experience.
