An extra colour charge may be applied when printing light ink on dark garments. Accessories may be subject to additional set-up and colour matching charges.

Pricing rules do not apply to Mock Up Packages and Design Time.

How to order samples:
Submit a sample order request by email to your Witly rep or house@bywitly.com, and we’ll take care of the rest! In your email, please include the following information:

1 - The details for each style, including:


Brand
Style
Code
Colour
Size*

*Sample garments are shipped in a size M or the closest size available, unless otherwise requested.

2 - Your bill to and ship to addresses.

Once submitted, we will touch base to confirm the final costs for your sample order, including courier for delivery.

A few things to keep in mind:
You can only order 1 unit, per colour, per size.
Samples are shipped without any decoration or artwork applied.
Colour selection cannot be guaranteed for accessories, such as drinkware.
All samples are final sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Shipping times:
Samples take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive at Witly. Once they arrive, they will be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout.

If there are any changes to your order, we will be in touch to suggest a suitable replacement, or to process a refund for you.

Orders are subject to supplier availability. Samples are not available for all products.
